Because you still need half the concrete for the project, you have started searching for another supplier.Your client, an investor/developer named Tanya Lee, located in a city about 200 miles away, probably will be upset by any delays in construction, whether or not they are within your control. Write her a letter in which you explain weather and concrete problems. Try to ease her concern, especially because you want additional jobs from her in the future.

MEMO REPORT 2 Memorandum TO: John Raines, Project Manager FROM: , Field Engineer DATE: April 30, 2015 SUBJECT: Problems on Jentsen Power Plant Site INTORDUCTORY SUMMARY We have been on the job site for three weeks now and all work has gone as planned, with just a few minor delays. There have been some problems with delays due to rain that have put us one day behind schedule. Due to a delay in supply delivery, we have had to adjust next week’s schedule. However, this should not affect our end date. There have also been some safety issues resulting in two injured workers. They did require stitches, but are back to work. The water-cooling tower is well on its way to being completed and the weather forecast is clear for the next two weeks. DELAYS There have been only two incidents that put us a little behind schedule. On April 21 st , three cement pourings for the tower wall were delayed an hour each on April 21 due to light rain.
