A minimal style build with a few little personal extras that really bring it to life all finished off with a lovely view of rural Buntingford.
The pressure treated decking steps lead up into the annexe from the side and front of the build. The customer has finished them off with a wooden hand rail and a lick of white paint. This makes the steps a bit clearer as the owner has some visual impairment. The Pitched roof at 3.47m is finished with Forticrete Centurion tiles and black rainwater guttering, giving a contrast between the white render and the black roof.
The french doors, lead into the kitchen and living area which has plenty of space for the owner and her guide dog. Including the hallway to the bath, bedroom and kitchen/lounge the build has an internal size of 17.45m2. The fitted kitchen has plenty of workspace, with an electric oven, hob and chrome sink.
The bathroom is of substantial size, fitting a shower, toilet and sink, with a heated towel rail. The bedroom also is a good size with an internal size of 9.29m2. This allows for a double bed with tables either side, wardrobes, and with some extra space for more goodies. As standard with the Granny Annexe laminate flooring, electrics and plumbing are fitted.

Granny's Goodies, Inc.
by Das Narayandas and Katherine B. Korman
The young entrepreneurs of Granny's Goodies, Inc., a corporate gift package specialist, face the challenge of finding ways to create consistent revenue streams and reduce sales costs. Outside of a few long-term contracts, the two founders have had to work very hard for each sale. Using extensive customer information that the firm has diligently collected over the previous two years, students need to develop a plan that covers market selection, product policy, and relationship management strategy for the firm.
